Our Decaf PNG Purosa will return this summer as our growers in that region have had a hard time getting coffee shipped out of country the past 6 months. This Mex Decaf is as close to a flavor profile as we could find.
Our Swiss Water Process decaf Fair-Trade, Organic Mexico is a Swiss Water Processed patented, eco-friendly, chemical-free process that removes 99.9% of the caffeine from the coffee bean. Each lot of decaf is immersed in clean water to extract the caffeine through osmosis and passed through activated carbon-charcoal to remove the caffeine molecules.
