Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe

Gedeo, named after the Gedeo people indigenous to the area, is a narrow section of highland plateau known the world over as "Yirgacheffe", after the zone's most famous district and central town. This particular coffee from a family-run independent operation in Halo Hartume, is no exception. This coffee is naturally processed and dried on raised beds and has a big and sweet cup with layers of juicy fruit!
